About Brewster County Court Docket

Brewster County court records are divided among the District Clerk, County Clerk, three justice courts, and Alpine Municipal Court. Statewide re:SearchTX and the county-linked iDocket service add separate online paths. This site organizes those official routes so readers can identify the proper court, clerk, portal, or contact before beginning a docket search.

Why We Built This Site

A records request works best when it reaches the correct custodian. Sarah Fellows Martinez, the Brewster County District Clerk, keeps civil, family, and felony records for the 394th Judicial District Court. The County Clerk maintains Constitutional County Court files, each justice court controls its precinct docket, and Alpine operates the county's only municipal court. These pages connect those local distinctions with the applicable official links, search options, fees, and request procedures.

What You Will Find Here

  • Case lookups: how to run a case search by party name or case number through the statewide portal

What We Cannot Do

Brewster County Court Docket is a privately operated reference site, independent of every Texas court, clerk, and government agency. That means the site cannot perform official court functions:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Third-party providers operate the search boxes that appear on some pages. Their own terms, prices, and result systems apply. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports site operation. Brewster County Court Docket does not set partner prices or control partner results.
